Food delivered and set up with disposable wire chafers, fuel, trays, spoons, and tongs. Delivery fee based on location.

Approved quote becomes the contract. Half-down deposit holds your date. Final count due 1 month out.

Wedding day
Sandra and her team arrive, set up, serve throughout, and break down. You enjoy your reception.

Final balance due 2 weeks before the wedding. Guest count adjustments accepted up to 1 month prior.

No — you can hire Sandra's for catering only, the wedding cake only, or both. Couples who book both find it simplifies everything: one tasting, one timeline, one vendor on the day.
For drop-off delivery, the minimum is 50 dinners. For any service option (buffet or tableside), the minimum is 80 dinners and beverages. Sandra specializes in larger events — 100 to 250+ guests — where the per-person value really shows.
Yes. Because everything is made from scratch, Sandra can modify most recipes to accommodate allergies — unless the substitution would compromise the dish, in which case she'll suggest alternatives. Restrictions are discussed during planning.
Tastings are free. Sandra prepares items you've selected from the menu plus a few she thinks you'll enjoy. You can ask questions and make adjustments. Note: your date is not held until a deposit is received — another couple could book while you're deciding.
As soon as you have a date. Sandra only takes about two events per month, so popular fall and spring weekends fill quickly. A half-down deposit holds your date; the final balance is due two weeks before the wedding.
Sandra provides referrals for preferred bartenders rather than booking them directly — bartenders set their own rates based on what's requested. She'll connect you with reliable professionals who have worked her events before.
Final guest count is due one month before the wedding. Sandra adjusts the final balance accordingly. She's worked with couples through last-minute changes many times — flexibility is genuinely part of how she operates.
Sandra generally travels within one hour of Nashville, serving Middle Tennessee including Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Dickson, and surrounding areas. A delivery/travel fee applies and varies by location. Exceptions can be discussed for the right event.
