Food and cake, one vendor

No other Nashville caterer does both. Sandra handles your full menu and a custom celebration cake in-house — one tasting, one contract, one team on the day.

Everything from scratch

No jars, no shortcuts, no steam-table reheats. Every dish is built from raw ingredients — which also makes genuine allergy and dietary accommodation possible.

You set the service level

Food prices never change. You choose how it's served — simple drop-off to full tableside — and your total follows the service level, not a hidden markup.

Prices published upfront

Every item and price is on the menu before we ever talk. Easy to budget, easy to expense, no mystery quotes.

Frequently asked questions Answers for Nashville event planners

What size corporate events does Sandra cater?
Sandra specializes in larger events — generally 100 to 250+ guests — where her made-from-scratch food and flexible pricing show the most value. Smaller events can be discussed, but the per-person value is strongest at scale.
What's the minimum order?
A minimum food order of $800 applies to every service level. Drop-off delivery has a 50-dinner minimum; any served option (buffet or tableside) has an 80-dinner minimum.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Because everything is made from scratch, Sandra can modify most recipes to accommodate allergies and dietary needs — unless a substitution would compromise the dish, in which case she'll suggest alternatives. Restrictions are discussed during planning.
Do you make custom or branded cakes for corporate events?
Yes. Sandra designs and bakes custom celebration cakes in-house — for anniversaries, retirements, grand openings, and milestones — including themed and branded designs. No separate bakery needed.
How does billing and payment work?
Sandra builds an exact, itemized quote up front. The approved quote becomes your contract, a half-down deposit holds the date, and the final balance is due two weeks before the event. Itemized documentation makes expensing and approvals straightforward.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Sandra takes only about two events per month, so prime dates — especially in the November–December holiday season — fill quickly. A half-down deposit secures your date.
Can you handle venues with no kitchen or tricky logistics?
Yes. Sandra has catered in caves, historic venues, multi-level spaces, and sites with no running water, and routinely builds multi-station setups. Complex venues are part of the job — just ask.
How far will Sandra's Catering travel?
Sandra generally travels within one hour of Nashville, serving Middle Tennessee including Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Dickson, and surrounding areas. A delivery/travel fee applies and varies by location. Exceptions can be discussed for the right event.
